OutdoorEnvy 1,766 #1 Posted November 11, 2021 (edited) So as I wait out a replacement engine for my C-100 a Kohler K301RT popped up. It has the gear reducer on it and is a pull start. offhand the reducer looks to stick out much further than the normal shaft on the K301s. My question is if anyone knows if the gear reduction can come apart and have the same shaft as a k301s? I'm not interested in changing out the crankshaft to make it work. Thanks for any insight you can give me. Edited November 11, 2021 by OutdoorEnvy

The engine was even red too...what a bummer...
