would a stack limit power because I have a Ih1 stack I want to put on rebel but I didn't know if it would lower power how big is the exhaust port

Don't think you are going to notice a power increase/decrease. these small engines don't rev high enhough for it to have influence.

 

Is that the fuel hose going trough the engine cover?

I match the port size on the engine and then usually step up to a larger pipe. If your using an IH muffler, I believe that it is designed to be a slip fit over 1" water pipe.

True... but also depends on the size of the pipe and length of the stack.

 

Longer length you run, bigger pipe might be helpful...

I put the ih1 stack on my c 120  no problems had to build a bracket to reiforce it from moveing
