Continental TM 27

Can someone direct me to a manual, or information about the Continental TM 27 engine. I was told it is the same engine as used on the later Ford N.  I have no idea if this is true or not. I would like to find a carb rebuild kit if there is such a thing.

This engine is in a Prime Mover LD 50 Wheel Loader. My brother keeps buying this crap, thinking we can make it go somehow.

Here is a link to a parts manual. It appears that they used a Zenith carburetor on them, either #14271 or #14198 There is a part number listed for a carb repair kit.
