Wheelhorse w/ blower North of Williamsport, PA

I had friends, (yes i have friends), that spotted a "large" Wheelhorse tractor with a snowblower and deck for sale along Pa State Route 118. This is between the town of Hughsville and all points north into Scranton-Wilkes-Barre.

They of course didn't slow down to get a phone number so I was wondering if a forum member knew of it?

I'd hate to drive 100 + miles on a goose chase just for curiosity sake. (And the $$$ for the gas).
