Advise on value of 58 RJ

I know this questions gets asked always however I came across a good condition RJ 58 with ags. The motor is blown but he hast the original clinton with new rod and piston (new oem). I have done business with this guy before and is a good guy. Not sure what he is asking however if you have an idea on what is a fair price, not a great price that would be appreciated. I ended up buying the other one. I forgot you had one for sale... This one is very clean and complete. I need to find a motor for it as the original clinton is in pieces.-

Anyone out there have a good running 4hp Kohler??
