Tiller parts? What do I need??

Hello there, I bought this Raider 10 with a tiller a couple weeks ago with great plans but soon realized some parts were missing. The guy told me he had never used it before, should have been a clue huh. He told me the old owners used it and sent everything home with him. I know I need some sort of braket for the back of the tractor. If anyone has or knows the parts I need, please let me know. Thanks
