Gene_S 93 #1 Posted June 8, 2009 Hi Guys, The wife wanted me to show off her Lawn Ranger we got finished up this weekend. We still need to get a seat re-made for it, if we can find some one to do it. She did most of all the paint removel and cleaning. We still need to strip and redo the deck but it can wait. We as a couple love the hobby and will be doing our "500 Special" next. Not to bad for a rattle can! Thanks, Gene

Gene_S 93 #13 Posted June 9, 2009 Hey Sparky, The paint is Rust-Oleum Sunrise red with Rust-oleum clear coat. I used Rust-Oleum appliance epoxy "biscuit" for the rims. I try to match the color that was on the tractor before I redo it. Thanks for all the compliments everyone!!! Thanks, Gene :thumbs2:

bo dawg 518 #20 Posted June 9, 2009 Very well done plus its nice the both of you worked on it. I wish I could get my wife to help me with anything on mine. I have a hard enough time getting her to clean house, and I have to make her madd to do that! I hate to imagine what I would have to do to get her to help with the tractors.

bowtieguy 334 #24 Posted June 12, 2009 FYI....I had a ole pro make a new cover for my 66' LR....60 bucks....kinda pricey but now you have an idea....but mine kinda has the "rolled and pleated look" ...I took my old seat cover and he copied it Your LR looks good....fun little tractors and they always get lots of "looks"!!!!
