What is it?

This morning my mate Dunc and I were looking at a collection of Wheel Horse attachments. All in a heap and looking rather neglected. Snow/dozer blade, roto tiller, side discharge deck, sickle bar plus some other stuff. Also under a tatty cover was an even tattier Wheel Horse. Square hood, pullstart Kohler engine. Plastic fuel tank under the hood.

From the plate on the left side of the tower are the numbers. 1-0380 Under that.  151327. And the plate says it's a Belgium one.

So what is it? We have made an offer, but where it is, is not the owners. May be a while for a reply.

The 1-0380 is a North American C-160 8-Speed but any of the Belgium built models that have shown up were decaled a Raider 14. May not be a 1974 model.

Parts Tree says it's a 1974 and has the flip up fender. The !976 and the 1977 has a bolted down fender and flip up seat.

Thanks for the replies. There are no decals on it apart from the Wheel Horse ones either side of the hood. No fender or seat either.

The fender frame and shifter support is one piece on a 1974 extend all the way over the transmission..  It's two  pieces on the 76 and 77.
