Help! Linkage clutch / throttle 1257

Recommended Posts

OldWorkHorse

So I'm re building a 1257 and I'm having a hard time finding good photos of the clutch linkage all set up correctly. Since I bought the tractor as a pile o parts I havnt seen it in its working form so was hoping for sum photos of the complete set up from the clutch pedal to the brake all hooked together. My tractor is custom so kinda need to see it complete to get a idea how I need to alter mine. And if we are on the subject of linkage was also looking for a photo of a K301 throttle linkage all assembled and the carb all hooked up properly. If any 1 had photos it be awesome and much help! Thanks in advance "Oldworkhorse Steve"

P.s sry if it's in the wrong spot. It was this or transmissions.

Can you figure out the clutch and brake from the illustrated parts list?

The clutch pedal is connected to the pivot that goes through the frame by a rod.

You won't need to modify any linkage because your height modification is behind the frame.

Your clutch is connected in a very similar manner to Ariel's tractor.

I can get pics of the carb linkage tomorrow.

That's a little more complicated and pics should be helpful.
