Bill D 2,216 #1 Posted April 28, 2021 I need a wiring schematic for a 416H , Model 73421, S/N 4900466. It has no power to the ignition switch and and will not start with the key. There is power to the light panel regardless of key position as the push to test switch for the idiot light panel works. johnnymag3 2,565 #3 Posted April 28, 2021 (edited) Bill, the wire to the Indicator Light Panel is 12v live all of the time. It is one of the wires on the keyswitch and is with another wire to provide 12v when ignition is on. This is a 25 Amp fused line from the battery.... If there is 12v there, you may have a broken wire or a poorly connected wire in your case. There should always be live 12v to the keyswitch….trace your wire back to the Battery and I think you may find your problem. Check the Main fuse also if you didn't already...and check the fuse holder with a test light to be sure both sides of the fuse have power...Sometimes the fuse holders go bad....
