Gauges

Has anybody have a oil pressure gauge or gauges on there with horses I thought about trying that on the Raider 10 when I can get it like the RPM gauge and pressure gauge and the voltmeter gauge and while the rest of the gauges

Raider 10 is a splash lubricated engine.  no oil pump no pressure...

I guess you could add a voltage, hour, or ammeter gauge. Not much you can really add to that machine. They never originally had anything at all. Didn't much need it, the engine was self sufficient with it's magneto once started. If it didn't start, clearly either the battery was dead, or the alternator had failed. 

K.I.S.S. goes a long ways on these older models.

hahaha, high hours, but never had an hour counter!  turns out this hour counter - was boxed wrong - it's a mains one, so this has failed to clock an hours use :(

Neither, I fill in the UK so it it's litres - about 11 and a bit litres to be precise :D

just on that auction site, sometimes sold in packs of three. They are really basic, but not to hard to wire up. The rev counter needed modifcation as that will not work on a single - theres a thread on that from about 7 years ago.

Doug.... look!!!  I put a 12V hour meter on, I’ve done an hour of snow clearing since...
