super a 0 #1 Posted May 28, 2009 My 520H seems to turn better to the left than the right. The wheels seem to turn as far but the front wheels push.It is toed out a little but I don't see an adjustment on the tie rods. Don't worry, nothings going to be alrite.
zieg72 209 #2 Posted May 29, 2009 I am speaking only to the 91 and newer 520's with the forward swept axle... The tie rod ends have a nut that you loosen so you can adjust the toe in/out. Loosed both nuts and rotate the solid piece in the middle. Attached Image
hodge 6 #3 Posted May 29, 2009 If your tie rods aren't adjustable (therefore, out of adjustment for whatever reason), someone may have hit something and bent a spindle. You may want to look those over, and/or get a set of adjustable tie rods. A friend made me a set with threaded rod, and heim joints on each end. Easy to adjust, and stronger than the stock ones. Or, you could (if yours doesn't have it) get a swept axle set up, with the heavier, adjustable tie rods. Either way, try and determine why it is out.
