Seems I remembered the two original pulleys on my 400 being just a bit different in outside diameter, so I pulled them out of the storage box. One is 2.489 outer diameter, 1.500 diameter of the bottom of the belt groove. The other is 2.400 outer diameter with a belt groove bottom diameter of 1.390. Both are the same belt groove profile of .225 width of bottom of belt groove, .500 width of outer edge of groove. Both are .750 shaft, 0.190 keyway width, 0.100 keyway height, 0.700 overall width. There is 2.5 inches of crank protruding from the pto side of the block. one pulley was set at the end of the crank and there was 1/4 inch free space between the two pulleys. But now I can't recall which one I pulled off the crank first. Does the smaller diameter one go on the outside? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
