Herder 2,355 #1 Posted November 8, 2020 So this was dropped of at my house for $50.00. Honestly, I really was trying to pass on this one, however I did want the the 42" deck that was attached to it. And no I didn't get it, my buddy sold it. So all in all it showed up with a dead battery that was slopping around, wires pulled off, the hour meter running. The fuel system was full of junk, steering column was miss the bushing so the steering wheel would move from side to side and the shifter was pulled out of the trans. Someone had a speed crash. The hood and the tins are a bit messed up. My first thought was pull the engine and junk the rest. It was close. Well turns out it was worth the time. After going through and fixing all the BS, she got a much needed valve adjustment, cleaned the head & cylinder and oil change. Then it was time to get rid of those 6" tires. I used 4 series front spindles and wheels and I had some Ag's. And yes, for the time being the seat is held together with some tape. 5 8

I'm down to one to one tractor with a mower deck and that's my charger 12. I've got a 42" RD that's in need of a tractor. ' 2

More show up. I am not complaining and I would have foolish to pass on the deal. I happen to have taken a likening to it but my storage space is becoming limited. As a kid my step father fixed everything with duct tape, grayish silver patches holding the cars together. You know, stuff like that. I try not to use it but it worked out for the time being.
