Searcher60 209 #1 Posted November 8, 2020 (edited) Anybody know of a oil seal cross reference chart for the K301 Kohler? Purchased a gasket set from Amazon, oil seals do not fit. PTO side crankshaft seal is to small in diameter. Bearing plate side may be to large, but mite work if forced. Thanks a bunch. gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,479 #6 Posted November 8, 2020 I did look to see if SKF recognized the Kohler seal numbers but they do not. Second best was Stens show the seal dimensions. Napa carries the Prime-Line products which are like Stens. Rotary is another. This Toro distributor also carries the Stens line. Searcher60 209 #7 Posted November 9, 2020 The Stens 495-630 PTO side crankshaft seal I received today from Amazon fits perfect. I talked to Stens this morning and they no longer supply the crankshaft bearing plate seal, 495-622. So, I am going to see my Kohler rep for a $15 oem. I will then have the correct seal number.
