pfrederi 18,670 #1 Posted October 5, 2020 Two years ago I loaned an Charger12 to my neighbor. He was trying to mow three acres with a big box store John Deere 42" deck. He brought it back a few weeks ago as he had purchased a new Kubota B2601 with FEL and mower deck. Before I loaned the Charger to him I had cleaned out the carb, fuel system, new lines filter etc. Been a bit rough running since he brought it back so I decided to look into it. Now it has plastic tank that is clean. look at the color of the fuel filter and look at the crap in the carb bowl....Guess i should change all my fuel filters if they are letting that much crap through... I had a good friend of mine ask me to get his pressure washer running because he said it would not start. Sent him a pic.....mostly water in the tank! And he is a maintenance guy!!! Hard to tell because I can't quite focus in on it but that looks like ethanol pearls on my little phone. It's good to see that you are using yellow fuel line. That should have helped a little. I'd have to get a part number from home but what I use is a Sten's Brand True Blue 1/4". The name brand on the yellow stuff around here is Tygon. I don't know that I prefer one over the other but the True Blue is less expensive. Careful what you pay for either one of those.
