Pullstart 59,727 #1 Posted September 26, 2020 Help me help them... The GT-14 that I passed on has broken the starter. The image is poor I know, but it looks like dirty aluminum. I could try to weld it... or I have a bad Raider 12 starter that we could swap the guts possibly? Thoughts? Concerns?
pfrederi 17,147 #2 Posted September 26, 2020 I was going to say yes then looked at the 321 and 301 parts manuals...Your guess is a s good as mine. What are the spec #s and serial numbers of the engine?? Didn't they just break something else on that GT???

He’s the smallest 10 year old I’ve ever come across but seems to cause the most havoc I’ve ever seen! Maybe I’ll post up a wanted ad and see if I can find him an unquestionable replacement.

pfrederi 17,147 #5 Posted September 27, 2020 Maybe the differences Kohler was alluding to were for internal parts.. I sort of thought any big block high mount would have worked...
