oldredrider 2,553 #3 Posted September 17, 2020 No mods necessary. Hardest part is getting the hitch pin out.

daveoman1966 3,823 #6 Posted September 18, 2020 That tiller should fit with no mods at all. These pics may help:
jsp_333 276 #7 Posted September 18, 2020 I've got your exact set up. 414-8 & 37-06TL05 Davoman1966's pics are excellent. My issue was finding a belt in the right length. And it was incredibly difficult to put on as I recall. I think because 141" belt had too much play in it. And I had an incorrect pulley. Yours look to be correct - oem. Eventually I used a 139 & 5/8 belt. Gates 6652br I always lift the tiller with a motorcycle lift because getting both sides to line up with the rear hitch is a *****. Also the lift has wheels on it which again makes positioning the unattached tiller easier. Also elastic bands or tie downs to keep the rear hitch clamps out of the way are a must if you're working by yourself. If you plan on using it a lot you may want to think about a dedicated tractor for it. Even doing it a second, third and forth time it's not an easy process. Your mileage may vary. jsp_333 276 #8 Posted September 18, 2020 Just noticed something on the pic of your tiller and Davoman1966 It looks like you have the tiller 37-06TL05 But there should be a second pulley on the hitch portion of the tiller. Take another look at his and I'll post what mine looks like as well. I don't see it on yours.
daveoman1966 3,823 #9 Posted September 18, 2020 (edited) If there are NO MODIFICATIONS or PULLEY changes to tiller 07-36TL05 (79370) use OEM belt # 110265 ...it is 141" X 0.5". If the idler pulley or drive pulleys are changed by P.Owner....... things change. This belt MUST be on the innermost 'V' of the PTO bell...out the outer 'V'. Maybe that is why only the 139" belt works for you... I think you'll find the tiller works better at the higher RMP afforded by the bigger inner 'V' Pulley on the PTO bell. NOTE... I can find no reference to a tiller model 37-06TL05. That may be a bad model number which is leading to some confusion. jsp_333 276 #10 Posted September 18, 2020 My bad on the tiller number. Dyslexia is a terrible disease.
