tiller lube required?

do any of you know how many qts. of gear lube required for fill on 7-1252 tiller? I only have 2 plugs top and very bottom. thanks. I am missing page in my manual received with tiller,probably the one for maintenence of gearbox, also where is a good vendor for replacement tines?

1 and 1/2 quarts of 90W gear oil.

Tines are still available from Toro. They are about $250 for each side.
