Chuck14025 9 #1 Posted August 13, 2020 NEW INFORMATION 1. Cleaned all wiring, etc. turned key engine, STARTED right up. 2. Shut it down, tried to RESTART - not even a click. TOTALLY DEAD. 3. 12.7 volts on the battery. Tested all 3 relays - they all behave the same. 4. Connections tight. Solenoid works. Starter works. 5. HOT wire from battery + to starter solenoid where the Light Blue wire attaches - STARTS RIGHT UP. QUESTION IS: Why isn't the Light Blue wire to the solenoid not being energized? What are the possible scenarios? 1. Intermittent operation of the key switch? 2. An opening on the coil side of the electric circuit? 3. Other possibilities. Thanks for the help. Coffee and donuts are ready.

squonk 44,036 #3 Posted August 13, 2020 Did you actually take the 9 pin connector apart and thoroughly clean the connections. Muffler heat destroys those molex connectors.
