I’ve seen one like that being used after the Missouri River breached the levies and flooding the bottoms. They were using it to turn over their good soil and bury the sand deposited from the flooding.

Fields on our farm would benefit from that monster.  They were worn out from 100 years of cotton farming before my day bought the place in 1948.  for several years he planted peanuts , made a crop of peanut hay, and let them regrow and plowed them under.  peanuts are in the legume family and take nitrogen from the air, so the plant puts nitrogen back into the soil.  The black soil is plenty deep if you could flip it over.
