Flywheel fitment

Just wondering if anyone knew off hand if a flywheel from a K161 will work on a K181?  Thanks.

From what I can figure the part numbers are different.  K-161 28622 uses flywheel # 231638.  K-181 30108 uses flywheel # 231770.  :occasion-xmas:

I'm thinking the crankshaft size is going to be the same. And the part numbers might have something to do with the stater power or amount of amps?

No charging provision needed. I do wonder if they are balanced differently to compensate for piston weight?

Both engines have the same bore. I don't think weight is a factor.

Balancing on Kohler engines is done on the crankshaft counter weights or thru balance gears. All flywheels are independantly balanced.
