Jaydubz83   22 #1 Posted July 14, 2020 Anyone got pics of the setup for a 75 c100 8sp w the kohler 241? I ordered the drive pulley (pn 7466) from A-Z but it seems too small for the shaft but the bolt holes for the pto line up fine.  Seems like it should slide back more but barely makes it 3 in down the shaft (giggity 😂) so maybe my greenhorn ass is missin something.  TYIA Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
ebinmaine   72,674 #2 Posted July 14, 2020 Zoom in on the picture of my Cinnamon Horse and you'll see the pulley is right up pret near the engine. There may be a shoulder on the crankshaft that'll line up with the same shoulder inside the pulley.  If yours isn't going on all the way it could be burred up a bit or rusted.    Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
953 nut   60,008 #3 Posted July 14, 2020  Be sure the set screw is backed out and the square key and the shaft don't have any high spots on them. Sand the shaft and the inside of the pulley and use some Never-Seez so you won't have to fight with it if it needs to come off in the future. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
