Unusaul noise in transaxle

i have a round fender dually wheel horse that i had to split the trans on about a month or two ago to put detent springs in it. i got it back together and it has been working fine. today i was driving it a around a bit and i noticed that there is a clicking noise coming from the rearend once in awhile when i take off in any gear or sometimes turning. it just started doing it today. and ideas on what it might be? it is a 3 speed unidrive. :omg:
