15 inch Wheel Weight question

Recommended Posts

Lane Ranger

I have several Wheel Horse 1054 tractors. I also have two sets of the WE-93 wheel weights shown in the one page attachment sheet and photo of the black two piece wheel weights.  The WW-93 set went inside the wheel from the rear on 953/1054 tractors.

Wheel Horse later made a WW-105 set that were installed outside the 953/1054 tractor.  I think I have seen these on some photos and they appear to be heavier than the WW-93 version but if anyone has a set and a photo or a fact sheet I would like to see it.  Details about this weight set are missing from the Red Square archives and manuals.

Also the GT 14 had 15 inch wheels and those made between 1969 and 1973 could have a 8-1131 set which weighed 100 lbs. as noted in the price list posted on the Red Square site.

if any members have photos or additional information about the WW-105. Or the 8-1131 15 inch wheel weights please post it ! Thank you.

Could these 15 inch wheel weights be the WW-105 Wheel Horse Wheel weights ?  They are to be mounted outside and bolted into the four bolt holes in the outside of the 953/1054 wheels.

That's is something I would like to know as well.  I have ones that bolt on the outside of my 953 with only the stud holes

I think we chatted on Facebook, here is a picture of the flanges before the extra pieces were added.
