AHS 1,546 #1 Posted July 2, 2020 So, I have an onan 20 I’m thinking about purchasing, but it got a hole in the muffler! What I’m wondering is if the factory exhaust, 2 pipes into 1 muffler, is the correct way to go? Or 2 pipes into two mufflers? ( that’s what I’m thinking about doing). Pictures please! 😁👍
JAinVA 4,636 #2 Posted July 3, 2020 (edited) Your car or truck runs 6 to 8 cylinders into one muffler or cat muffler combo nowadays. If you want to have a muffler for each bore go for it. The pepper pot setups I have seen work but are louder in my opinion. Edited July 3, 2020 by JAinVA
