Runs the pulleys is kinda vague. You want the drive belt (motor to tranny) or mowing deck drive belt (motor to center pulley on deck) or the mowing deck spindle drive belt?

well howdy from the spring field area as i grew up on this find old horses and at one time years back in the great state of new york where i was born and raised upstate not the city as most think'  i had over 8 horses in the barn and most attachments i did the stupid thing to sell them off as being a trucker for close to 40 years i really didn't have time for them and when me being over the road for years and really not having the time for them i sold them off as i thought with me being gone for weeks my family came first as far as bills and food ;so yes being stupid i sold them off as again my family came first ;but as the years rolled by and the taxes and the deep snow we decided to leave that so we relocated  to the show me state which after years i wished that  we did not move here as even being a road driver 48 state and more my youngest daughter was killed my a drunk that ran a stop sign 'it has been hard and due that her lost i gave up the road and now being retired  i am back to the old horses which again i have 6 to tinker with ;as far as any wheel horse i always keep parts 'as we never know what we will need ;again it is a pleasure to know you and heck who knows that we might need a part as i save every part for a wheel horse

The 300-Series of tractors do not use a 46" deck. Decks are sized by their width of cut.

42" decks have the cut height adjuster on the right side and 48" decks have the cut height adjuster on the left side.
