P220g what did I do wrong?

Ordered gaskets but haven't arrived yet.

My p220g has 1026 hrs,  not have anyone that works on Toro's with Onan engines, I done this myself. (I've adjusted my Guzzi motorcycles valve lash for years).

I have a problem: oil dripping from behind vacuum fuel pump? What have I done wrong.

I took this engine out of my 1997 Classic 520H after burning up the wiring for the third time and installed it in my 417A frame. Much simpler wiring. I'f I live long enough, I'll wire the 520H just like 417, as the running gear only has 1026 hrs where as the old 417 frame as well over 5500hrs.

Thank you

Jerry

With the oil filter, oil filter mount and the oil pressure switch all back there, perhaps one of these is leaking.  When you were moving the engine about, maybe you grabbed the oil filter causing it to leak.  I would remove the oil filter and look in there with a flashlight and mirror.  After fixing the leak, be sure to spray parts cleaner in there to remove all the oil so that dirt is not attracted causing reduced cooling.

I'll check this in the morning, Thank you.

I had power washed when I had it down. I was using WIX oil filters and used ONAN filters this time. It's running fine now after valve adjustment.
