Tag under seat is wore off. Need to get some parts and mower deck belt for 60" deck. I just need to know the year. Anyone help please?

I have aon Ebay a NEW belt # 113625 for a 60" model #78475 deck made in 93 94 & 95.  

Look at Ebay item # 133386589659     My listiong is for $30.    The dealer price is about $45.   This is the SPINDLE belt...
