Searcher60 209 #1 Posted June 8, 2020 Hello everybody! I have my new frame blasted, epoxy primed, and painted. I am using this perfect condition 72’ Charger frame that also has the front mount for the mule. My 69’ Electro 12 frame needs extensive repairs due to heavy wear and abuse. The question I have is this. I have both sets of front wheels, 60 Electro, 72 Charger. Looks like the Electro took the NLA 16x5.50-800 tire. The 72’ Charger tire is a 16x6.50-800 tire. The Charger wheels have a different offset, but appear the same width. Which wheels and tires should I use is the question? I don't mow so I can't comment on that but for plowing snow WEIGHT is your friend. The more the better. Fluid filled. Steel weighted. Whatever you can get. I actually run very oversized front tires on the cinnamon plow horse so I could get as much fluid weight as possible. Mine are 20 x 8 x 8. They hold about 5 gallons of fluid in each tire.
