daveoman1966 3,839 #2 Posted May 22, 2020 Go tho this website and enter your model number as 108-3. Then select the model year that pops up. From there, you will see schematics of the DRIVE BELTSand PULLEYS . I frequently use this site and can accommodate part shipment to you, if prepaid. https://www.psep1.biz/arinet.asp?aribrand=TO# ps...item 9 keeps the belt from jumping off the pulley.
gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,474 #5 Posted May 22, 2020 Here is what we have on the 108-3. 23 different pages. There is an OM (operator manual) there that may help. The files with TIPL are parts lists copied from Toro. Have added the belt dimensions on those pages but some may not be correct and forget why I posted that. https://www.wheelhorseforum.com/search/?q=108-3&quick=1&type=downloads_file If we can help more let us know. Lee1977 7,206 #6 Posted May 23, 2020 (edited) I would guess your missing some belt guards if all the pulleys and idlers line up. Don't know anything about your tractor but every vertical shaft tractor I have every work on had guards on every pulley and idler. If the holes are worn where the idlers pivot that can cause the belt to come off. Edited May 23, 2020 by Lee1977
