108-3 help please

i have this little gem 108-3  i have had to make parts for it form bit of rollers etc 

but i need to see the pulley diagram as i think the drive pulley belt has slip off the middle pulley somehow !!!! 

so now as soon as its gets on the grass the cutting blades stops 

i have looked underneath and the belt is not in the v groove pulley 

so i need some help if possible 

 i live in Bulgaria and can get belts if i know the sizes etc 

so any help please

Go tho this website and enter your model number as 108-3.  Then select the model year that pops up.  From there, you will see schematics of the DRIVE BELTSand PULLEYS .  I frequently use this site and can accommodate part shipment to you, if prepaid.

ps...item 9 keeps the belt from jumping off the pulley.

Here is what we have on the 108-3. 23 different pages.

There is an OM (operator manual) there that may help.

 

The files with TIPL are parts lists copied from Toro.

Have added the belt dimensions on those pages but some may not be correct and forget why I posted that.

I would guess your missing some belt guards if all the pulleys and idlers line up. Don't know anything about your tractor but every vertical shaft tractor I have every work on had guards on every pulley and idler. If the holes are worn where the idlers pivot that can cause the belt to come off.
