Sounds like that 15 amp fuse is the 25 amp fuse in the diagram.

Will it start now?

Only 2 switches left.

I think you can probe the back of the pto switches at the right end of the battery. If the tan wire still has power there when turned to start try the purple. It should have power when the pto is OFF.

You have narrowed it down to the last switch which is down inside the tunnel the shifters come out of.

If you can remove the wires from the relay or check the light blue wire going to the relay it should also have power with the key in the start position. If not the problem is at the clutch pedal switch.

Maybe get a light down there and see if the switch still looks like it is mounted in the side panel.

Are you sitting in the seat whit your foot pushing down on the clutch at this point?  I know how easy it is to overlook something like this while troubleshooting.

Got it fixed and running. It was the pto switch. So I put a jumper in it and wrapped it up with tape. Thanks for all your guys help. Very much appreciated.

I followed the pulley but didn’t stee a ball bearing.

I'll try to send you a pic tomorrow. It is hard to see the ball bearing hits the pulley shaft when the clutch is depressed, if the arm is a little out of alignment it will not hit the ball with switch behind it and close the circuit. Take the belt cover off and you will find it.....

Take the belt cover off and follow swing of the belt engaging idler pulley the arm of that pulley rubs against the switch (when the pedal is depressed) and this closes thee circuit.
