weaverdog 0 #1 Posted May 15, 2020 I have KT1724363...I broke the brass fitting that the oil pressure sensor screws in to. I cant find anything on line to help Cant tell if its pressed in to the block or screwed in so I don't want to try an easy out until I know. I cant find that part on line either. gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,483 #2 Posted May 15, 2020 I can't find it either. Most switches use a tapered pipe thread so the farther it goes in the bigger the diameter. Pipe thread size is confusing if you are not used to them. 1/8" has an OD of .405". That is almost 3/8". 1/4" has an OD of .540". That is almost 9/16". What did the fitting do. Change the pipe size or change direction of the switch. Garry
pfrederi 18,670 #3 Posted May 15, 2020 Screwed in it should be 1/8" 27tpi in the block .What is the tread size of your sending unit?

The sending unit appears to be about 1/4 inch male thread. I broke the adapter that holds that and threads in to the block.
