ebinmaine 73,004 #2 Posted May 13, 2020 All ours are older Horses with very simple wiring harness. I've done at least 5 complete harness builds. Easy enough to do. Just take your time and keep verifying the work. Replace a wire or small group of them. Verify operation. Tractorhead 9,212 #5 Posted May 13, 2020 (edited) to have it‘s Brother a 212-5 that survived a burning Barn with some Problems but after the Onan collapsed, now with swaped Engine. They dont‘t be bad Tractors at all. Sometimes too lightweighted for heavier Works but they be better than all the cheap plastic Lawnmower crap i see otherwise. The Sheetmetal frame is more rugged than i thinkered. It‘s electricity are just few Relais circuits for Seat protection and Startprotection. I fixed mine changed on Relais, disabled the Seatswitch for mowing on a Slope sideway’s and i found it is also a tough Worker as well. No Bad experiences at all with it. Improved with a Lightweight FEL made of Aluminum it can do a lot of Gardenwork too. Not comparable to a older or bigger Wheelhorse, but also useful for a bunch of Things. The electricity is no Witchcraft, a Multimeter and a Battery and maybe exchange the Relais and you are good to go. Take care on the Steering Gear, that can be adjusted in parts. if it‘s too long dejusted, it wear relatively fast. The Gearbox is filled with a permanent Grease, but after several hundrets hours of use i would disassemble and clean and refill.
