B100 head scratching

Hey everyone i recently was given a b100 from a friend. He bought it with intentions to fix it but didnt really know much about them. I  got it home and hooked up the jump box. No response from the key, jumped the solenoid and she fired. Now i replaced the points, coil, condenser, plug and wire and the ignition switch. Try to fire it again and nothing from the key still. Switches are both bypassed. I'm getting power to the ignition switch. I have the test light hooked to negaitve post on the battery and it seems the test light lights up at any post I touch. The pos and neg on the coil and the ammeter. On both sides of the solenoid, i cleaned the battery ground to the block as well. The wires seems fine nothing broken or damaged. I'm 1000% lacking in the electrical knowledge department.

This manual  may help.    You say the engine fired when you jumped the starter.   This means the coil, condenser, points, and plug are all working .  Not sure why you replaced them as they are all part of the ignition system and not involved in the starting circuit.    The starting circuit involves the battery, the ignition switch, the PTO and seat safety switches,  the solenoid, and the starter motor.

If the engine starts when you jump the solenoid, the problem has to be in the starting circuit.

You say two switches are jumped,  what switches?

Well I should of said initially there was no spark and there was some motorcycle coil and solenoid so I just bought the ignition kit and replaced it all. As for switches the clutch switch is jumped and the pto lever switch is jumped
