Axel 0 #1 Posted May 2, 2020 Hi everyone, I am having a meltdown trying to figure out this no crank on my 1999 Toro Wheel horse 314-8 . A little background, This started as an intermittent no crank with the key and if I kept cycling the key it would eventually make a connection and start. One other note is when it was running if I tried to set the E-brake (in neutral) it would kill the engine. Now it will not crank but I am getting the start signal to the relay on the orange wire but it doesn't exit to the solenoid. I have replaced the solenoid, checked all relays,fuses and switches and the wiring is intact with good grounds. There are two relays under the shift panel and when I remove the one on the right (when looking down- See picture below) the tractor starts and runs (as long as the brake is not engaged) but without the relay in I have no reverse mowing and if I set the brake the engine will die.
