I use Purple Power which is purchased in a gallon container and mix it in a spray bottle. A gallon usually will last me for at least a couple of years. Good for cleaning about anything. I also use Armor All on my tires to preserve them. Years ago an old timer told me to use old oil or transmission fluid on the rubber to add oils back in it. I do this sometimes just wipe it on with an old cloth rag and they do look better. Also GREAT buy on the tires and weight!!!

Bleach White should work.

If you'be ever watched The World's Fastest Indian starring Anthony Hopkins, you could use his method for tire improvement- black shoe polish.

I second Bleche-wite.

It's not branded as Westley's any more. Black Magic makes it now. Still works the same.

Thanks.  I actually have some in the closet.  My previus truck had the white letter tires so I had it, haven't used any in almost 4 years...

I would use a pressure washer first and if they must glossy,

i would brush them with silicone oil.

Give the rubber a nice glossy finish and surface.
