porschpow 7 #1 Posted April 21, 2020 Hey guys, I am tuning up the tractor for the season and put new NGK plugs in. However, I noticed that the boot of the spark plug wire that plugs into the spark plug doesn't snap in. It is pretty loose. Where do you guys usually get spark plug wires. horseyheaven 113 #2 Posted April 21, 2020 I have ran into this before. If you look down in the end of the wire, you will see the little metal connector that slips on the end of the plug. These can lose some of their tension over time. If you take a pair of small pliers or needle nose pliers, you can squeeze the connector ever so slightly together so it will make better contact. It will not take much. This may save you from buying a new one if the old one is good otherwise.
