pfrederi 18,714 #1 Posted April 17, 2020 (edited) Finally solved all the fuel and ignition issues which had kept the front end off my GT-14. Ready to put hood on...which wasn't mounted when I bought it. Have the latch for the front but what holds the back on. Later models had pins on the hood and some slider brackets but not the early model. The parts diagram is a real eye test but I can see nothing that looks like it holds the hood. There is a row of holes across the hood but I suspect they are some POs doing. Do not see anything in the hood stand casting that looks like a pivot point. Any one have a picture of how this works??? 19richie66 17,655 #6 Posted April 17, 2020 I made tabs for mine out of an old pice of wheel horse sheetmetal. Little z bend shaped tabs like in the pictures, drilled two small holes through them and plug welded them to the bottom of the hood 2 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
