Tractor boy 239 #1 Posted April 6, 2020 I was putting around the shop last night and found a couple of gauges. Couple of amp, oil temp and pressure. I got a amp gauge wired up.I have a voltmeter coming as well. i was thinking about wiring in a pressure one as well. my question would be if i did, where would i mount it? Thanks, TractorBoy. This means that there is no oil pump to circulate the oil in the engine. Instead there is a dipper on the bottom of the connecting rod the dips into the oil & makes it splash oil around to every thing. This being said there is no oil pressure per say to measure from the engine. If you wanted to add another gauge you could find a place to mount an oil temp gauge.
