help with carb linkage on tucumseh

just got this engine to fit on my 552 i had the air cleaner upside down now i was hopeing someone had a close up pix of how the linkage shuld be, also if anyone can tell me about the wireing i have a fuse bloc on the engine and i have power in two wires the 3 wire to ground points to shut down is on the block aswell i want to get the starter hooked up along wth the batt but i am scared of over charging the batt i dont see any kind of regulater am i missing something? thanks for any help jeff b ill be back!
