JCM 10,251 #8 Posted March 28, 2020 I just got in the door after a long day in the N.H. White Mountains, unfortunately doing an ongoing Plumbing Job, MT Chocorua looks awful pretty with all that snow. I can always count on you for a good laugh after a long day, and I thank you for that, Bear.

Primary example of New England weather variability at it's finest. Several hundred feet under 4000 yet well above tree line.
JCM 10,251 #10 Posted March 28, 2020 As I was staring at that Magnificent Mountain and trying to keep the truck on the road I instantly thought of you, I figured you had already conquered that one. 1
Chestnut 315 #11 Posted March 28, 2020 I kept the snow away for the entire winter! Bought a two tractors with snowblower. one for my house and one for my mother in law's. I did just put the 520H away today, but I didn't pull the snowblower and could still get it out if needed. Have other 520H with the Kwik-way starting running right, so the snow should stay away. 1
WVHillbilly520H 10,376 #12 Posted March 28, 2020 I took 2 snow plows off 520 and 315 to plow and till garden plots but there seems to be another 520 with a cab and 2stage year round.

I figure being up where you are, it'd be rusty by now! I just bought a pretty nice 06 Maxima for $400, leather, heated steering wheel, seats and all. Not that I'll ever use them! 2

I have a love/hate relationship with Kia Sorentos. My sister has an 06 with right at 100k miles, that is a really nice car, and was supposed to be a good driver for her. It's loaded and drives excellent, but has left me stranded twice. One of those times wasn't really its fault. It did take 6 months of working on it off/on to get it running again though! Wouldn't run hardly at all, so I changed the ECM, fuel pump, every sensor on the engine, timing belt, etc.. Finally one day about a month ago I pulled one of the o2 sensors out of the exhaust and it started and ran good. Turns out it has 3 catalytic converters; one bolted directly to each exhaust manifold, and one further down stream after the Y pipe. One of the cats gutted itself, and the contents of it flowed down stream until it reached the next cat, and plugged it up.. An engine can't run if it can't breathe! But the heated seats in it are excellent, and it has COLD air.. which is a huge thing down here!

Bought it brand new and it’s been fantastic! My work commute is about 75 miles a day and it gets 30mpg . Essentially rust free so far and it gets driven in all the winter crap from Mother Nature and the steel eating chemicals the state lays on the road. Has never once broke down or stranded me. Only done maintenance stuff so far, it hasn’t needed a single repair. 1

It's fine for what it is. Hoping to get another 2 years out of it..... Then back to a truck.

Bought it, put a sunroof glass in it, cleaned the carpet to get the smell out of it, and so far it's been great! Good power since it has the 3.5 v6 (same engine as the 350z had) and it drives good. It does have a transmission leak that I need to tend to, but for what I paid for it, I can't complain! It should get close to 30 highway.

You should be able to get what you want out of it and then some!
