ACR spring

I'm looking to replace my ACR spring in  my k321 . I have been looking around at the part numbers for these and I keep coming up with the same number. 20-089-06s.
from what I gather this is the same spring from a K141 to a K341 , correct?

Could I ask why you want to replace it? Because I have wondering if over time that spring can get stretched and not allow it to close back up all the way after engine is up and running, which would result in some compression loss I am thinking. And what is the likely hood of it failing to work at all or become broken?

If it fails it will crank extremely hard, if at all. I currently have this issue on my CC 1650 that I need to tackle.

What search terms are you using to come up with the 20 089 06-S part number?

Any K-Series I check I see a different number that has been discontinued with no replacements.

I was checking on eBay and typed in Kohler ACR . This number kept coming up and was the only number that I could find on eBay that was available.

I have the motor completely torn down and going through it so I figured I would just replace it. I know how hard they can crank without it so I don't want that to happen again. So I figured just replace it while it's all apart.

Took me awhile to figure it out . Sorry

Gary . The above part number is not the correct one for the k series. I thought it

was the replacement number. I have a donor for now until l can locate a nos

or another cam shaft with one.

Cribs, I may have a cam of off a 341. I'll look when I get a chance.
