Can anyone tell me what the NAPA storm parts item number is for the Throttle cable that is an almost exact replacement for the original. (With exception of the red knob)?

lane, i just mentioned that because its often overlooked , i was just at a friends house that i helped steer on to a 312-8 , it was in nice shape. since then .  i was shocked to see that its been living outside without any protection and it looks terrible , faded and rusted everywhere, totaled seat, leaking tires , shift boot falling off. how can you not see that ? or care ?, pete

Yes  I have a throttle/choke lube device and I regularly place lube and stretch cable to extremes for ease of use.    They do lock up from moisture, dirt and corrosion.
