In many cases that's absolutely true. Here in the hill country there is so much Rock in the soil that you have to think of them as a rock pile... Placed in a line for convenience. Many farmers would build multiple lines of Rock in the same direction that the horse travelled and then put a gap halfway down so they can travel between those fields. I called him about ten minutes after it was listed and sent the money via PayPal friends and family about five minutes later. The next day I headed over to Pigeon Forge to pick it up. He said he had several other members who called after me, one even offered more than the asking price (it was a steal). This 310 was used to mow the lawn at a lakeside summer cabin. !/2 hour X 12 times a year X 30 years = 180 +/-.
