I have to ask about one thing though... Did you put that parts store stick on fender-vent looking thing on it? Reminds me of what I'd see on a 90s Civic :hide:

I noticed where there was, a hydro would have much easier to move controls forward. Still a pretty cool machine.

Problem with hydro is low Ground speeds. 
pulley upgrade gets this in the 30mph range.

hydro might hit 5-6mph.

but you’re correct, it would be easier.

It is a frame bolted to a frame, with a sandwich plate welded to the front of the second one.  I believe the front frame has no serious modification done.

30mph! May I ask, as I can see no brakes, how do you stop it? Passenger throw out an anchor? :scratchead:  Silly question. Who needs brakes? :confusion-shrug:

I understand your point with the manual trans, no way tp speed up the hydro pump. 30 mph to fast for my old bones hi hi, good you can enjoy it.

Ok, 30mph is probably stretching it. (Pun intended)

Maybe downhill with a strong wind. But I know it’ll do 20-25ish. Which is too fast an old geezer like me too.

 As far as brakes. It has them and they work well.

I put the thicker/heavier brake band off a 1056 on it this year. The original band (B-80) was much thinner & lighter.

Back up (secondary) brakes are Fred Flintstone brakes. The extra rider helps tremendously with that application.. lol

I did sell off a bunch. I kept about 1/2 dozen.

i still want to cut back a few more but can’t decide which ones get the axe. Goal is no mare than 3-4.
