Burnerman 759 #3 Posted November 14, 2019 Yeah I’m not to sure about this one. It’s in pretty ok condition. It does have a sticker on it from the shop I worked at 30 yrs ago though. Lol This is actually the first vertical shaft tractor he’s brought home. we pulled the head and it looks good. Got spark. Pulled the tins to clean out the mouse nest. Burnerman 759 #7 Posted November 14, 2019 The decals and layout are actually pretty cool on this little tractor. It’s got a cool look but it’s a repair and maintenance hell. So many idlers and guides and the deck takes forever to get off!! Wow! I see why these are unwanted. ClassicTractorProfessor 5,371 #8 Posted November 15, 2019 Don't discount that machine just because its one of the less sought after vertical shaft models. I have the 8 HP version, and it proved to be a capable little machine until the Tecumseh VH80 started giving me more headaches than it was worth. It's currently sitting in the back corner of my shop, was thinking of parting it out but my oldest son has decided he wants a tractor of his own after cruising around on the 753 a while back. May give it to him, repowering and fixing it up would be a great project for him and I to work on (as if I didn't already have enough projects going).
