WildmanC120 613 #31 Posted November 8, 2019 I don't think you can go wrong with a c-160 or a 165/175. Even a 416 or the like. Personally I prefer a hydro. I use mine for snowblowing and mowing and this spring I will be putting my rototiller to work. All I know of I haven't been able to run out of power with the c-160. It runs my 48" mower in tall grass like a champ. Do yourself a favor and get hydro lift. I personally won't own one without it. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

But...life doesnt always like my plans...and i tend to go with the flow, when i am able...and so, this is to be continued, if today is an indicator....😉 Ps...i am gonna need a horse barn by spring, if this keeps up... It doesn't seem like you ever have the right speed Mowing or blowing with a stick unless you throttle down which degrades mowing and blowing. As a youth plowing with my Father's 1045 I'm sure it was bashing the snow banks so there was room For the next snowfall that broke the plate on the back of the frame.???? OK so I can't explain why the plate broke on my C-160 which has never seen a plow. Bottom line a snow plow gets the job done much faster than a blower. But, if it's deep or heavy a WH isn't heavy enough to move it. (disclaimer : we had chains but not weights on the 1045. My C-160 has both) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
