I have car engines and heavy stuff spread out all over the place. I can see where something like that would be extremely handy to have! Great job building it. I would probably have to build a platform between the tractor and the hoist to set whatever it was to get it where I needed, since there's no telling how far I'd need to move it.

I didn't even know that there were any WH's in the Netherlands! I wonder what all countries they're in.

New rotatingsystem in use, works ok.It is a flywheel of a toyota aygo and the gearwheel on a hydraulic engine, rotatingspeed is fine.

For the moment powered with a small electroengine/hydraulicpump about 0.7 KW so maximum load now 140kg.

Mechanical no stress but you can hear the sound the electroengine makes to complain fur the load.

Next time I will put the wheelhorse in front of it see how it maxes out.

More!  Details and closeups!

I'd like one even if I had to push it to load where I wanted it dropped, still got to secure and then release the load so I'd be up anyway.

I downloaded some detail pictures onto the gallery.

Seems I maxed out my upload limit with the video in this topic.

The crane has a front axle which can steer and a pole? to connect it to my wheelhorse tractor.

The steering part is as the crane main shaft done with a axle hub only upside down works great!

The main shaft off the crane is bolted onto a hub and axle-end from a truck trailer.

These axles are 9ton and normally it is fitted with a truck wheel off course so it can withstand the forces.

Onto this hub I bolted the flywheel and main shaft.

The legs for stabilization must be pulled out so the crane stays small so it will fit through small passages.

Still these legs are not done,I like to make them hydraulic in the future so work for the future, still they seem to do the job for now.

Hoping the wheelhorse will pull some more it at least has much more power then the electric engine.

If it exceeds 300kg I would be a very happy crane operator.

Not sure what the video limits are.  Perhaps someone will jump in.

Close up pictures when you have time would be helpful.

Nice build!

Cool machine you've built.  It is inspiration for the rest of us who are metal hacks / fabricators.

Awesome stuff!  If you were to upload your videos to YouTube, they would stream much easier and faster here.  It would ease up the load on the forum’s capacity too :handgestures-thumbupright:

Of course, becoming a supporting member here on RedSquare gets you unlimited uploads as well!  :D
